1. Services
Northwest Lock & Key provides mobile locksmith services in Springdale, Arkansas and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas area, including automotive, residential, commercial, and emergency locksmith services. By requesting service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Calls and Fees
A service call fee may apply for dispatch. Final pricing is provided before work begins. Prices may vary based on the type of service, time of day, and complexity of the job. Emergency and after-hours services may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
3. Proof of Ownership / Authorization
For security purposes, we may require proof of ownership or authorization before performing certain services, including vehicle lockouts, residential lockouts, and lock changes. This may include a valid ID, vehicle registration, lease agreement, or other documentation. Providing false information to obtain locksmith services is illegal and may result in refusal of service and reporting to law enforcement.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service. Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Northwest Lock & Key is not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, vehicles, or property. Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for those services.
6. Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you experience an issue with a service we performed, contact us promptly and we will make it right. Warranty coverage applies to our labor and any parts we supply, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or normal wear and tear after service.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Arkansas.
